Tuvli’s CONUS and OCONUS IAT and ITIL V3 certified IT engineering and Information Assurance personnel enable reliable, secure and uninterrupted availability of IT and telecom assets at every point across today’s most critical Intelligence and Cyber Command and Control operations. This includes the operations, administration, migration and maintenance of all computer systems, virtualized servers and desktops; Enterprise Services Desk and trouble ticket support of existing systems and enterprise architectures; server hardware and software, databases and operating systems; and comprehensive Information Assurance (IA) support that integrates IA policy, planning, program and management.

Visual Information and Multimedia Services

Tuvli provides its customers with comprehensive and award winning, full-broadcast quality Visual Information and multimedia services. This includes a full range of photography, television, electronic field and studio production services, audio, video, video teleconferencing, script writing, direction and complete computer graphics support. We support our customers with equipment check-out services, across-the-board customer multi-media education, training and guidance, and all customer services required to support any agency or on-base. We offer indoor and outdoor presentation support, including conferences, meetings, conventions, displays, exhibits and ceremonies. We also monitor the Pentagon channel to ensure that during emergency conditions, weather warnings and command information are current and accurate. These services offer complete solutions to satisfy all of our customer requirements and to support any agency or on-base, all-inclusive visual information and multimedia operation.

Law Enforcement Training and Knowledge Management

The Tuvli team provides the U.S. Army’s Office of Provost General (OPMG) with specialized, multi-level training and educations. Our trainers provide classroom instruction at the United States Army Military Police School (USAMPS) on courses such as Army Law Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System (ALERTS), Military Police Recertification, Department of the Army Police Academy, Captain Career Course and Military Police basic Officer Leadership. Our team of analysts and IT professionals help mature OPMG’s Knowledge Management capabilities by leading work group sessions, using SharePoint as an automation tool  for business process reengineering activities and developing portals. Besides training and Knowledge Management, team members support other OPMG mission areas in Force Management, Force Protection, Law Enforcement Policy, ALERTS Administration, Congressional/White House Inquiries and Army Crime Reports.
